This delicious and famous dish has many names, you can call it Kabab Masala / kabab karahi / kabab handi / dum kabab. It is a scrumptious Pakistani kebab curry prepared with flavorful spices. This easy recipe turned out so good and when prepared on occasions, everyone just loves it. This awesome recipe has very basic spices in it which are used in a balanced proportion so that this dish comes up with aromatic flavors and tastes great. Prepare this mouthwatering desi style Handi kabab / karahi kabab / masala kabab and treat your family with a tempting feast.


Kabab Ingredients: 300g Meat Mince (keema). Salt to taste (namak). 1/2 tsp Pepper (kali mirch). 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder (lal mirch). 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion & Tomatoes (piyaz aur tamatar). 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (zeera). 1 tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhanya). 1 tsp Crushed Ginger & Garlic (lehsan aur adrak).

Masala Ingredients:
2 Onions (Piyaz). 1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste (Lehsan Adrak). 1/2 Cup Tomato Paste Or Tomato Puree. 1/2 Cup Cream. Salt To Taste. 1/2 tsp Red Chili (Lal Mirch). 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi). 1 tsp Coriander Powder (Sukha Dhanya). 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder (Dar Cheeni). 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (Zeera). Green Chilies To Taste (Hari Mirch). Ginger & Fresh Coriander To Garnish.

Method:

Mix all kabab ingredients well. Use skewers or any other thing on which you can make shape of kababs. I've used straw to shape kababs. After shaping all kababs, you can put them in refrigerator so that they can firm or can fry them straight away. Good thing is you can freeze these kababs for later use.
Fry the prepared kababs from both sides on medium heat. Do not over fry the kababs and do not press them while frying. Dish out once fried.
