Ingredients Of Date Syrup / Dates Syrup:
500g Over Night Soaked Dates.
About 1 1/2 Liters Water.
Method:
All you need is just 2 ingredients, dates and water.
Take a bowl, put dates, add some water and let the dates soak for few hours or overnight, so that dates become soft enough.
Next Morning, remove seeds from dates. Shift dates to a cooking vessel, add about 1 1/2 liters water and cook on medium to high heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat, let the mixture cool down.
Take a cheese cloth and strain water from dates. Cook that Strained water from dates on high heat to make syrup.
Stir continuously while cooking. Remove from heat once the syrup becomes thick enough.
Let it cool down, put in jar and enjoy this healthy homemade organic dates syrup.
