This no bake dessert is so delicious! My cookie and cream dessert is the perfect sweet treat at the end of the day! This simple, easy cookies and cream recipe is a to-go for summer time! And if you love cookies and cream, then you have to try this cookie and cream delight. You can name it biscuit delight or cream delight. This cookies and cream dessert is best for those who like less sweetened dessert. Try out Cookies And Cream no bake cake, which is awesome.


Ingredients For Cookie And Cream Dessert Recipe: - 1 Sachet Of Powdered Whipping Cream (38 g), (It Makes 2 Cups After Whipping). You Can Take Any Whipping Cream which makes 2 cups of cream. - 1/2 Cup Cold Milk As Directed On Sachet.
- 1 Tin Thick / Heavy Cream (170g). - 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence. - Biscuits As Needed. Dipping Syrup:
- 1 tbs Sugar. - 1 tbs Coffee. - 1/2-3/4 Cup Water. You can use 2-3 tbs sugar to make it more sweetened. I am not using any additional sugar.

Procedure:

Beat whipping cream, add heavy cream and vanilla essence. Beat well and keep aside.
For Dipping syrup, mix together coffee, sugar and water. Dip Biscuits of your choice in dipping syrup and make a layer in dish.
Over Biscuit's layer, pour cream mixture and evenly spread it.
Make as many layers as you want.
For décor, I've used spoon & fork and sprinkle coco powder (chocolate powder) all over the prepared dessert.
Serve chilled. This is the best dessert for those who like less sweetened desserts.
