Bihari boti recipe is the choice of everyone because of it's tenderness with spicy cherishing taste. A Pakistani delicacy, Bihari boti are boneless cubes of beef or mutton, marinated in a spicy homemade masala and finished off with coal smoke (optional). In this recipe I didn't smoke it with coal but you can flavor it with coal smoke. Find this delicious recipe to make spicy beef bihari boti at home. This recipe will turn out so good because we will marinate it at least over night so that meat can absorb all spices and at the result of that it will turn out so soft, juicy and mouthwatering.Ingredients Of Bihari Boti:
500g Boneless Beef Or Mutton.
1 tbs Meat Tenderizer (It has salt in it so no need to add more salt).
Salt To Taste (Optional).
2 tbs Crushed Ginger & Garlic.
1/2 tsp Pepper.
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
1 tbs All Spice Powder.
1 tsp Coriander Powder.
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder.
1 tsp Coriander Seeds.
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
1/4 tsp Fennel Seeds,
1/2 Cup Yoghurt.
1 Fried and Crushed Onion.
2-3 tbs Oil For Marination.
Sliced Ginger, Lemon And Green Chilies For Garnish.
Method:
Take a bowl, add meat and all mentioned spices. Marinate meat well with all mentioned ingredients. Once marination is done, cover the bowl and leave it in refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours or over night. Overnight marination makes meat tender and juicy.
Take a deep frying pan to cook marinated meat. Add some oil in frying pan, about 2-3 tbs, add marinated meat to pan. Fry meat on low heat for 6-8 minutes. Then cover the pan and let the meat cook on low heat until it becomes tender. Do not forget to stir in between. It will take about 45 minutes for meat to become tender.
Once done, remove from heat. Garnish with green chilies & sliced ginger. Squeeze lemon over and enjoy the feast.
