1 Cup Diced Mangoes.
1/3-1/2 Cup Condensed Milk.
Method:
This is a simple recipe with just 2 ingredients; mango and condensed milk.
Freeze diced mangoes for couple of hours (do not over freeze). Once the mangoes are firmed, put them in blender, add condensed milk and blend well. You can add more condensed milk than mentioned.
Serve it right away after blending or freeze it for about 6 hours for scooping. Enjoy the delicious gelato.
