These Amazing baked Chicken patties and chicken Rolls are a complete meal and very easy to make. Try out my delicious, tempting and perfect home made chicken patties and chicken dinner rolls with the recipe of one dough and one filling material. What is better than freshly baked patties and dinner rolls. These mouthwatering chicken pastries are so easy to make and love to eat as they are very soft and healthy. When I tried making these rolls and patties the very first time, I never thought they would be turned out so good. Do try this superb recipe of dinner rolls and patties and enjoy the home fresh bakery food..Dough:
2 Cups Warm Milk.
2 tbs Sugar.
1 tsp Salt.
1 1/4 tbs Yeast.
1/4 Cup Oil.
4 Cups All Purpose Flour.
Egg For Brushing.
Filling:
I am Using Boiled Chicken And Boiled Potato Mixture With Mild Spices. You Can Use Any Filling Of Choice.
Method:
Start making dough. Always use warm milk for bread dough. Mix in sugar and yeast first. Once dissolved, add all purpose flour and salt. Mix them together with spatula to avoid mess. Add oil and now start mixing and kneading with hands because oil will help to not stick dough with your hands. Knead a soft dough. After kneading well, put the dough in air tight container or cover it with cling wrap and place in warm place for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours, dough will rise up, remove its air by pressing it with light hands.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out one part in oval / rectangle shape. Place any filling of your choice in center. Overlap edges and close it. Please see the attached video for more understanding. Now cut out in desired shapes of patties. Put these patties in baking dish, cover them and let them rest for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, brush them with beaten egg and bake them at 150C for 10-15 minutes. Mouthwatering patties are ready to enjoy.
Now you can make dinner rolls with the same dough. Roll out another part of divided dough. Cut the rolled out dough into triangle shape, (like I did in video). Place filling on wide side of each part, and make shape of rolls. Please see video for more understanding. After making all the rolls, place them in baking dish and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, brush them with beaten egg and bake them at 150C for 10-15 minutes. Delicious dinner rolls are ready to enjoy.
